Inquiries. When you send the port call form, we store the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, vessel and message) to answer you and to provide the requested agency services. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract. We keep inquiries for up to 3 years unless they become part of an agency appointment, which is kept as long as accounting law requires.
Analytics. With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. IP addresses are shortened by Google. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Chat. The chat window is provided by a third-party service, which processes the messages you send through it.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing by writing to agent@whitegroupltd.com. You may also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
